TODAPRAGA se ampara bajo la normativa de Parlamento de la Unión Europea y el Reglamento del Consejo 2016/679 artículo 6.1 b) sobre la protección de datos personales relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos vigente a partir del 25 de mayo de 2018 (GDPR), sobre la base de la ley núm. 101/2000, la ley no.480 / 2004 y la ley no. 127/2005. El marco legal para la protección de datos se establece mediante un contrato de compra entre el Cliente o Comprador bien sea cualquier persona física o persona jurídica, agencia de viajes o tours y el proveedor en este caso TODAPRAGA. En caso de ser obtenido de manera directa el servicio, el contrato de compra lo crea el cliente que envía el pedido en línea y el proveedor lo confirma o lo registra, siendo el o bien a través de alguno de nuestros proveedores que al igual el proveedor TODAPRAGA debe confirmar y registrar. El Cliente reconoce que sus datos personales (nombre, apellidos, correo electrónico, teléfono, etc.) son necesarios para concluir el contrato y proporcionar el servicio solicitado.
TODAPRAGA podrá usar dichos datos tanto para la prestación de los servicios ofrecidos en la página Web y enviar comunicaciones comerciales a los usuarios por carta, teléfono, correo electrónico, mensajes SMS, mensajería instantánea siempre y cuando el usuario aceptado las condiciones.
Si el servicio contratado a TODAPRAGA lo prestara terceros, podrá ceder sus datos de carácter personal a favor de estas entidades colaboradoras, para poder cumplir con los servicios contratados del cliente, y ello de conformidad con lo establecido a la normativa arriba indicada.

How long we retain your data
